Soon a DVD with a documentary on Vilnius' night life will come out. A half an hour lenght movie will be focused on Vidis, Tomas Boo and the reporter Kotryna.

"Night life philosophy. Ideology of people, who work during the day, so they could party during the night. Sleepless nights, loneliness of the morning and the vinyl circle of life. It's the first movie which tries to show the pulse of lithuanian club culture and the romantics of night life.", - says the press release.

The movie was made by director Silvija Vilkaitė (she also made "Metal on Metal" video "No Front Teeth") and producer Arūnas Matačius.

"While speaking of youth culture in Lithuania, every era is charming, because it has something unique in it. 15 years ago everyone was listening to "Nirvana", had long hair, torn jeans and hated DJ Bobo. Now everyone wants to be a DJ and exist only in night life, because in it you may find a lot of different trends, people, philosophies, goals and values. The "Nirvana" era was captured, but the current scene hasn't been yet. This is how the idea for the movie appeared.", − said the producer.

Creators were reaching for disengagement. All three characters gave the keys from their homes for the movie makers- operator was free to watch the preparations before the big nights, even the philosophical breakthroughs in the mornings while still lying in bed after a party. All the parties in the movie are real and no mass scenes had to be filmed additionally.

According to A. Matačius, the movie only reflects a little piece of the culture which surround the characters. "Script could've had more curves, but "Inevitable weekend" is a concetrated story of one day, which lead to DJ booth. ".
